I had a really nice weekend. [livejournal.com profile] ladydreamtime's entry summarizes it nicely. Sure, I missed a few things - Eeyore's (which is apparently where a lot of folks we know went), the TLP make-up picnic, a friend's b-day play-party. But there was just too damn much to choose from this weekend! I do wish I really could make clay 'dittos' of myself, have them go do everything that's going on, and then inload the experiences to me later. Then I could do *everything*, and relax at the same time :-)

However I don't have any regrets - the Lady and i and a very good time at last year's Eeyore's, so I didn't miss it much; I'm sure I was missed at the TLP picnic (especially by a certain gentleman), but other than a sense of missed-obligation, I wasn't really missing it myself; I made a new friend Friday night (even though no one showed for TGIB, that I know of -- someone called Opal's asking about it, I called her back, and we met at Spiderhouse for a nice conversation until I left to pick up Lady Dreamtime at the theater); and I am really glad I got to see the FlugTag. Especially the 15-foot high puppet that stretched, danced, pantomimed, and did such a graceful swan-dive off the pier. (you shoulda been there, [livejournal.com profile] galen78748, you woulda loved it!). That plus the nice quality cuddly relaxed time with Milady made for a really enjoyable happy-feeling weekend.
